Issie MacPhail from Assynt in north west Sutherland was appointed by the UHI Division of Health Research to be the Research Fellow working on the Representing Cromarty case study. In the coming months Issie will be getting in touch with local groups and contacts so that she can get to know them and get to know the area with the help of folk who live there. Issie has 20 years of experience in community arts and history projects in the Highlands and Islands. She will be working with Senior Research Fellow, Sarah-Anne Muňoz who specialises in rural health geographies.
